When I receive this form filled out at Stoney's Guide Service, I will begin the process of finding you a Registered Maine Guide and/or Sporting Camp as you have requested. By sending me this form filled in, you agree to pay me a finder's fee of 10% of the fee that you pay the Registered Maine Guide and/or the Sporting Camp that provides you lodging. For example, if you ask for and I find you a Sporting Camp and Registered Maine Guide that provides you with two night's lodging and one day of one day of hunting with a Registered Maine Guide at a lodging fee of $100 per night and $150 for the Registered Maine Guide, the finders fee will be 10% of $350, which is $35. Upon completing your trip satisfactorily, this fee will be due. Please send payment by check or money order made out to Nathan Saunders to Stoney's Guide Service, 30 Howe Road, Fairfield, Maine 04937. Thank you !!
